ComNeo may provide SEO, social-media marketing, advertising, content creation, and related services.
Marketing performance can be affected by search-engine algorithms, social-media platforms, competition, audience behavior, advertising platforms, market conditions, and other external factors.
ComNeo therefore does not guarantee:
Specific search rankings
A specific number of visitors
A specific number of followers
A specific number of leads
A specific advertising result
A specific revenue amount
A specific return on advertising spend
Continued availability of third-party platform features
Advertising budgets paid to advertising platforms are separate from ComNeo’s professional fees unless otherwise stated.

Where included in a project, ComNeo may provide or arrange domain, hosting, and business email services.
These services may depend on third-party providers.
ComNeo cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party hosting, domain, email, or infrastructure services.
Domain names are subject to availability and the policies of the applicable registrar.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate registration information and paying applicable renewal fees when required.

Third-party services operate independently from ComNeo and may change their pricing, policies, availability, functionality, or requirements.

Termination does not automatically cancel payment obligations for work already completed or third-party costs already incurred.
